Bluebell Primary School
Dragon name: Words (pen is mightier than the sword)
Dragon design: Our design was inspired by the number of medieval dragons and buildings around Norwich. We looked at medieval guild makers’ marks and illuminated manuscripts before designing the scales for our dragon. Every child in KS2 produced a personalised scale to adorn the wings, whilst younger children helped with the other finishes. The accompanying shield is decorated with words that reflect the schools vision statement;
– Aim high
– Celebrate and develop independence
– Love learning and life
– Take care of yourself and others.
We love “words” at Bluebell Primary.
Please visit this dragon at The Garage 14 Chapelfield North from 4th July. In September, “Words” will return to Bluebell Primary to live happily ever after.
Break Charity is very grateful to The Garage for donating a prize to use at a future fundraising event. They are also holding a collecting tin which is ideal for any spare change when you are enjoying the dragon trail! Many thanks!
Break Charity would also like to say a huge thank you to Bluebell Primary School for fundraising & raising £20.17 to help change young lives.
