Bignold Primary School
Dragon name: ROARY (Respect Others And Respect Yourself).
Dragon design: Bignold Primary School is well on it’s way to becoming a UNICEF Rights Respecting School. We are proud of the work we do that raises the profile of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child for the children at our school, our Country and the world. ROARY (Respect Others And Respect Yourself) embodies the very essence of our rights-respecting school which not only teaches about children’s rights but also models rights and respect in all its relationships: between pupils and adults, between adults and between pupils.
ROARY will have lots of space to roam around in Moosey Art, 22 Bridewell Alley from 4th July to 5th September where he can be admired by lots of people. He will then return to live at Bignold Primary School.
Break Charity is very grateful to Moosey Art for donating a prize to use at a future fundraising event. They also hold a Break collecting tin – ideal for your loose change when you are enjoying the dragon trail! Many thanks!
